Andre was amazing! He came out last minute and arrived within 10 minutes of my call. He kept me updated on his arrival the entire time and was right on time. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing.

He used a three-step cleaning process and even applied a special treatment for dog urine, which gave me confidence that the job was being done thoroughly. I really appreciated how honest and considerate he was about pricing, and he never made me feel pressured.

The quality of his work exceeded my expectations. My carpet looks incredible, and my room feels fresh and clean again. I use to get carpet cleaning once a month. the company ai used retired. I've tried many carpet cleaning services and they wanted too uch money, had a three room minimum, or change the price when they were through. Cleanuminati is wonderful. They quoted me a base price and told me in advance it was extra for hard to clean spots. I have a large living/dining room with beige carpet that needed cleaning after several parties. Andrei did a wonderful job and I will use him again. He was on time, professional, and moved the large pieces of furniture I couldnt move on my own. The price was still under $200! I highly recommend his service.
