- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer custom pricing so you get exactly what you need. As a starting point; t's really simple. 3 packages. All inclusive with a custom designed book. If you don't require a book, we have image only. It depends on availability, how much coverage time, # locations. Call us and we'll fill you in!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We connect via email, phone or web. Schedule a call. Discuss details. Provide pricing/brochure and clients select or customize a package. We submit that through our online contract gallery and you may submit payment via credit card or check. We do a walkthrough/pre-shoot meeting and then photography your session or event. Images are typically made available soon thereafter. Clients select proofs and we consult on retouching/enhancements. Images are processed and delivered. If a book is in your collection, book design occurs and proof is submitted for approval and sent to production. We use the latest technology to make this easy and smooth for clients. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree from NYU Film School & ongoing continuing ed. Over a decade and a half doing photography on both coasts. Staying current: attending WPPI which is Wedding and Portrait Photographers International, an amazing annual conference held in Las Vegas every year with over 16,000 photographers from all over the globe. We stay aware what's new in the industry with all the major photographic and imaging brands. We take classes on everything from legal education & copyrights and licensing to inspiration to technology based learning. We have exceptional relationships with a wide array of vendors in our field as well as networking with many other colleagues which has made for a rich and well connected business.
