I really enjoyed my session with Kadisha. I really like how she really tries to understand my background before dive into the actual workout. As a result, we were able to work on something specifically for my back pain. Highly recommended for those who wants to get into yoga.Feb 12, 2021Verified

I am new at this meditation, and did not know what to expect. Kadisha was excellent with her explanations and directions. She was both knowledgeable, helpful and professional.Jan 1, 2021One Breath Movement's reply
Thanks for the review Bill. I am looking forward to continue working with you and seeing how meditation plays a role in your life!

Before my first meeting with Kadisha, I almost turned around and cancelled in the parking lot! I was nervous and apprehensive about starting any type of exercise, especially when I considered myself to be so out of shape. I met with Kadisha, and she has literally set me on a journey which I believe will change my life. In just 6 short weeks, my flexibility has improved, my pain has lessened, and I am incorporating movement into my daily life. She is knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and sincerely cares about the health and wellbeing of her clients. She motivates and inspires, and I look forward to another 6 weeks of challenges ahead!Nov 22, 2020One Breath Movement's reply

Kadisha is a terrific swim instructor and I can recommend her without hesitation. She taught me bilateral breathing (something I have tried and failed to do previously) which has helped me become a better, more efficient swimmer. Our swimming sessions have been a lot of fun, and she has been patient and supportive at every step. If you’re looking for a swimming instructor, you cannot go wrong with Kadisha. I love her flows! She always offers ways to either challenge myself with a position or make it slightly easier so I can work up to a move. I find that I can often just close my eyes and her voice is descriptive enough to guide me through the practice. Her way of incorporating stillness within the flow helps me to stay present and focus on my breath.Sep 24, 2020
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I typically offer bundle packages when you are a new customer which allows you to get a discounted price for each session! I highly recommend new students to try out the bundle just to get a feel for who I am as a teacher/trainer and perhaps how we mesh.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When working with a new student creating a connection is key. Thus before starting any type of practice a consultation is held where we can discuss your goals and interest in yoga, meditation, or physical wellness. Seeing if we are a right fit for one another will help to ensure you have the best experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Since 2016 I have coached a few different high school teams (swim and water polo) in movement based regimens while receiving my undergraduate degree. I graduated from California State University of Long Beach in Molecular Cell Biology and Physiology with a minor in Chemistry in 2018. Since graduating I have worked alongside physical therapists and decided to get my certification in yoga shortly after! Recently I also obtained my Trauma Yoga certification. This has allowed me to become more mindful and inclusive in my approach to not only yoga but also physical wellness.
