Roksolana at toia_design responded to my inquiry right away, and listened to all my questions. Then she gave me a timeframe and an idea of how she works, and I sent measurements and photos. Based on just that information she sent me three possible designs, all with clear architectural drawings and computer pictures so I could envision the project clearly. They were all great! Really opened my mind. And I felt her pricing was very fair and reasonable. Plus, she was warm and easy to talk with. We have yet to decide whether to go forward, but I now have the information I need to make a decision. Definitely recommend

Roksalana is simply amazing from first contact.. she is such a find and I plan on keeping her beyond the scope of the work. Her professionalism, punctuality, value was wayyyyy better then the others that responded to my post. She did the impossible and completed an entire Architectural plan in 2 days.
