- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair, accurate, and firm. Its the price that includes great craftsmanship and a guarantee things will be done properly to code.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reaching out to the customer via thumbtack portal or ********. Communicating with the customer and getting an understanding of what the customer is looking to have built. Reviewing plans, taking measurements, and going over design ideas. Offering suggestions and different methods and pricing options for the customer to chose from. Creating an agreement that reflects everything the customer wants with schedule, cost breakdown, and other important details. Set up a date and time to begin work.
