Introduction: My passion is promoting a lifestyle of health and wellness. I have been coaching, teaching dance, and personal training for over five years. I hold a bachelors in Kinesiology and I am dedicated to educating my clients in regards to properly and safely performing exercises, all while having fun and enjoying our time together. I specialize in building strength, conditioning, and functional training for all ages and levels.
