Introduction: I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in the computer industry for desktop support of health industry clinics and corporate environments, currently supporting 1,800 end users. I have performed different levels of desktop technical support including computer integration, solving hardware and software compatibility, desktop hardware-software integration support for the rental and leasing industry where the time restrictions are very severe for the field service technical support. I also offer desktop technical support for the combined industry warehouse and office environment, for relocation, and desktop remote.
