I had an area rug professionally cleaned by carpet cleaner X. As the rug dried, I noticed a brownish discoloration beginning to appear. After going back/forth with carpet cleaner X
I was simply frustrated and done.
So, I contacted ECO Coast. ECO Coast was very accommodating and explained in detail why the discoloration occur; and explain options to resolve the problem. Basically, the cleaning solution used carpet cleaner X had soaked into the fibers.
ECO Coast was able to extract most of the cleaning solution carpet cleaner BobX used. There is still a small amount of discoloration but it is an improvement.
Oh, ECO Coast not only improved the condition but also clean the entire rug front and back.
