Nick's service was terrific. He fixed a very difficult problem with our AlienWare computer, and now it works better than it ever has. He was professional but fun to work with. He really cared about finding the solution and worked intensely to come to a successful resolution as quickly as humanly possible. I will call Nick for all our computer issues and I recommend him enthusiastically.

Nick is extremely professional and knowledgable. He diagnosed my computer's problem immediately. He took computer to his office on Thursday afternoon and returned it Friday morning better than new. Nick then took the time to walk me through all the repairs and new programs on my computer. I am very impressed with his skills.
