Dustin reached out minutes after I sent my request and met me on site the same day to look at the issue and give me a quote. The estimate was extremely fair, below what I expected, so I was confident nobody would be able to undercut it. He did the work over the weekend per my request and the quality of work was excellent. Will be our go-to electrician from now on.

Sadly we had multiple issues with Dustin. It started with original day that the work was going to start and he came without the proper equipment and people needed to do the job. We had to reschedule. This killed my 4th of July weekend as we adjusted our plans so that the work could be done. When he came back a week later to do the job with extra people and tools, this time he said that the job was going to cost more than originally specified. He tried to claim that work had been added making the job more expensive but this is not true . All the information was the same from day one and the original posting on thumbtack. I've never had this experience before with other contractors. This is a first for me and it's very disappointing. We lost another weekend by adjusting our plans.
