- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing given are estimates. And moving up the pricing depends on the reality of the situation once we arrive on cleaning day. If the home is an average job than you can expect the price to be the same as it is in the estimate.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise customers to be reasonable about their expectations. If a home hasn’t received a good deep cleaning in more than 4+ months than a one time service may not do the trick. It maye take up to 2-3 cleanings to finally get it looking and feel fresh.
