- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A lot of time and money goes into making your delicious treats, that is why I require a non-refundable 50% deposit when you place your order with me. Final payment is due either one month or two weeks before the event date depending on the order and if I have to purchase supplies in advance. Thank you for understanding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask several questions: What’s size of a cake/cupcakes or how many? How many people does the dessert need to feed? Do you have a design in mind? Any photos of what you want the dessert/cake to look like? Do you need delivery or will you be picking up? When is your event? What flavor do you want?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
