1. Book a discovery call to find out what their goals are and what they love and hate about their current space in question. 2. Figure out their timeline and level of urgency. 3. Come out for a free consultation to examine space, take measurements for any potential product needs. 4. Schedule first session. 5. Shop for products if applicable.
