- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would specify my professional fees in the contract as well as any of my consultants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will go visit the property have an initial conversation with the owner/user write a contract proposal and after signing it we could start having design meetings and work together to have a design that meets the owner’s expectations. After that continuing with the construction documents and after that submitting the plans to the respective City or jurisdiction building department.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 plus years of architectural experience. From Schools, Hospitality, Retail and now mainly Residential work.
