I thought My kids and dogs messed up my carpet, then Rex from Churchill carpet care came out and got the stains and smell out in areas that were super bad. No extra charge for those nasty spots. Will call him soon to get my tile cleaned.

I was in a pinch to get my townhouse rental ready for my next tenant. Mike showed up right on time, but unfortunately there was no parking in front where he needed the truck to be for cleaning. Downtown can be a nightmare for parking. He waited for an hour for a space to open up and never made me feel guilty that I was wasting his time. Most companies would have driven off and I would have been left with dirty carpet and an unhappy tenant. I really appreciate the extra service and working with me. His equipment is top quality and did a great job. I will use Churchill again for my carpet and tile cleaning needs.
