FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Repairs - I don't charge by the hour because I think those that do are usually ripping people off. As the customer, you have no way of knowing what they are doing behind the scenes for their /hr wage. Instead, I charge by the job, meaning i get paid the same whether it takes me 1 hr or 2 days. So you know I am working as expeditiously as possible. For Sales - I simply have the lowest prices that you will find anywhere. Laptops, Desktops, Complete Systems ready to go. I have the lowest prices because I know what to buy at the right price. My overhead is simply over my head alone so when you buy from me you're not paying for everything you would at retail store (Employees, Storefront expense, etc..)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the most efficient manner possible, I try to figure out what it is a customer wants, what they need, and what falls between in that area known as affordable quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of real world knowledge and experience. I was building computers by the age of 7. I worked for HP for 3 years as a notebook specialist, and have worked in the private sector for over 8. I also have experience on both sides of the tech world, both as repair and sales. I can talk to anyone about computers whether they be an avid pro or a complete novice, because I always find a way to relate it to some kind of common ground.
