Andrew reached out to me within 30 minutes of me posting my request on Thumbtack. He gave me his next available appointment and we set up time for him to come over and fix the bathroom light switch. He was a little late due to traffic (our appointment was in the afternoon and I live in the South Bay), but everything else about our interaction was awesome. He was very polite and was in an out of the house in under an hour! I will definitely be reaching out to Andrew again if we need additional electric work done on the house.

HIRE THIS GUY! Andrew is the best at what he does! I needed my outside Malibu lighting fixed as it had completely died and is a very old system. Andrew found the problem and updated it in no time! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A lot of times I am giving a bid on a project that is sight unseen. Keep in mind, if a project goes quicker then planned, I don’t have a problem adjusting the price accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I make sure I know what the customer wants the end result to be. Then I will discuss the process in achieving that result. All while answering any questions that might come up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently am in my third year of a union apprenticeship program through Palomar college. I currently hold a bachelors degree in electronic media and film.
