- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes my basic set up; all face painting supplies, design sample board, festive attire, 2 chairs and if needed a table. For festivals, fairs, outdoor events i can provide my own canopy and assistant for waiting line assistance ask for prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what is the guest of honor's name, what type of party is it if it's a birthday party what is the age of the guest of honor as well as ages of guests expected. Then I also ask if there's theme, if there is theme, I offer designs for that theme in addition to my regular design offerings. I hold the date and time tentative pending receipt of a 50% deposit with the balance due day of event payable by cash, credit card, PayPal. An invoice is provided for your records. I arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to allow ample set up time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended FABAIC in Orlando. Which is a four day convention providing classes in technique, theme and various face and body art. Instructors are internationally recognized professionals in their fields of expertise. I learn and practice my art from Internet sites that provide instruction in current designs, themes and technique.
