Great job doing a full inspection of the fireplace, explaining the findings, helping me with possible solutions, and agreeing on course of action. Ended up installing a stainless steel chimney cap with a lifetime warranty (we had no cap), he did crown repairs that have a 15 year warranty (we had crown cracking), and he is also going to come back next week to do the side flushing.
