I had an obstruction in my dryer vent and hired Goodfellas to come out and Clean it on Saturday. Riley came out and ended up running into some issues where a tool got stuck. I’ll try to not make this a long review and focus on the good points. He went above and beyond. He let me know he had to go back to the drawing board to solve it and will be back Monday to fix it and I appreciated that because it showed his focus is good work not just getting it done. Saturday afternoon I got a call with a game plan, and a time he will show Monday. He spent all day here Monday working on it, fixing it and also identifying issues I didn’t even see as well as taking the initiative to fix them to prevent possible fire damage or dryer issues in the future and cleaning everything spotless. Dryers vents are not his main focus I know, so I can only imagine the A+ job they do on chimneys. Thanks Riley and looking forward to working with you again.

I was so impressed with Riley. He was punctual, could answer all of my questions, and diagnosed my problem right away. He stayed and worked on my flu, caulking and fixing it so no smoke would come back into my house. The contractor who installed my flu installed it incorrectly. Riley is in the process of correcting that problem. I was very, very impressed. If I could give this young man more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you, Riley!

Great communication with Riley and Angel. Prompt,courteous and respectful. Although the problem was not resolved by cleaning the vent, Angel went the extra mile to try and figure out how to solve the problem with the dryer. Really appreciated his desire to help
