His attitude, ability to patiently listen and understand what we wanted out of this remodel & his ideas henceforth to make our home once again look..fantastic, for lack of better word. Scott (& his crew) were always punctual, were extremely professional, cleaned behind them each day (which is v important to me as we are clean freaks), & finished the project before their scheduled timeframe.
