I needed help with my bathroom sink that started leaking after I tried to flush it to deal with slow draining of the water. Jon was super responsive from the get go. I was able to communicate effectively over the message that helped saving extra trip to store to buy stuff. He fixed the issue and some more. :) While he was there I also requested his help to install a blind which he promptly helped to do, despite it being late in the day. He not only did the job but explained me in details on what was happening and also what can I do going forward to do things properly. I already have recommended him to my friends and surely will hire him again in future.
