- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payments from new clients are processed through the platform. The prices shown are our starting rates for standard cleaning of average-sized homes with normal levels of dirt. In other cases, the final price may be adjusted based on the actual size and condition of your home after we arrive. We also offer discounts for repeat clients. We do not work with extremely dirty homes, hoarding situations, or restoration-level properties. In such cases, please contact specialized restoration or hoarding cleanup companies. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Client Request The client submits a request with a description of tasks, the area, and the level of dirt. The more accurate the description, the more stable the price. 2. Detail Confirmation We clarify important details: number of rooms, condition of the kitchen/bathroom, presence of pets, and any additional services needed. After clarification, an estimated price and time for the cleaning are confirmed. 3. Compliance Check Upon arrival, cleaners inspect the premises and check that it matches the description in the request. 4. Price Adjustment (if necessary) If the actual condition differs from the description, we notify in advance of any possible price adjustment. Important: Cleaning is carried out strictly according to the original request. Any additional tasks may increase the cleaning time and the final cost of the service. 5. Final Inspection After the cleaning, the client checks the result. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, the cleaners will fix it right on the spot. If you can’t be present during or after the cleaning, we’ll send you photos or videos so you can be sure everything has been cleaned properly. 6. Completion of the Order We confirm in the app that the cleaning is complete, and the payment for the service is processed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We completed professional cleaning training at a San Diego hotel, gaining comprehensive knowledge of high hospitality standards. Our personal high standards of cleanliness greatly assist us in our work.
