- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! I love to learn and continue my own growth and development. The moment you stop learning and growing, I think you're in big trouble! I have certifications as a clinical hypnotherapist and shamanic practitioner with further certification and training in expressive arts modalities, Emotional Freedom Technique, Past Life Regression Therapy, Spirit Releasement Therapy, transformational facilitation, hypnotic addiction intervention and more! I'm always looking for further ways to hone my skills and bring more tools in service of my clients.

The most common life issues I support clients with are: * fears, symptoms of anxiety and stress management * trauma, symptoms of PTSD * limiting beliefs and low self-esteem * accessing life purpose and spiritual gifts * connection to intuition, Higher Self, spirit guides, etc * release from karmic patterns * relationship issues
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Any choice of counselor, therapist or healer is deeply personal. There's someone out there for everyone, so dont feel like you have to go with the first person you talk to - even if you really need help *right now!* Listen to your gut, your intuition. Dont be afraid to ask questions.
