- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer sliding scale fees, let’s talk about what works for both of us. I do not bill insurance but do offer Super Billing so you’re able to use a flex account or receive reimbursement from your insurance provider.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You must be located in California. I like to schedule a quick 15 minute conversation to introduce ourselves and answer any questions to help determine if we might be a good fit. Good fit is important! If it isn’t me, I’ll help you find someone better suited.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
