We recently had the privilege of working with Lucas at Property Pros Realty on two fairly large SB721 projects as their contractor. Lucas is very professional and his communication with us and the tenants was outstanding. This project involved a lot of coordination with tenants and Lucas made our job easy by communicating with tenants which resulted in a great relationship between manager, owner, tenants and contractor. Flat rate or percentage of monthly rent
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an initial call or meeting to discuss the owner's goals with their property. Following this we can go over the management plan and property management agreement. If we feel like its a great fit for both parties we will sign a property management agreement and get to work.
