First I would like to start with saying Thank you smart home Alarm. Ive recently moved into my new home about 2 weeks ago and was doing research to see what was out there for home security. Next thing you know I received a knock on the door and an ADT rep was at the door. At first I was a little spooked but than realized this man by the name of Nick was extremely knowledgeable on the product and also extremely polite and understood my needs and what I wanted. Need less to say I choose to do business with him and everything he spoke to me about was accurate. The install was next day fast and easy. I made the correct choice and Id offer theyre services to anyone that crosses my way looking for security! Thank You once again!

I highly recommend Smart Home Alarm, to purchase an ADT security system from. The customer service is superb in every way. The salesman was very thorough & patient explaining the various features of our security system. The office staff was great about allowing me to reschedule our installation date. The install went smoothly. The install crew arrived a few minutes before their scheduled arrival time window, & they had all their equipment to do the job. The installation techs were great at explaining how to run our security system & making sure we understood how to use the features. I would highly recommend purchasing an ADT alarm system through Smart Home Alarm, LLC.
