Here's how it typically goes: Initial Contact: Once you reach out to us, we'll discuss your project briefly over the phone to understand what you need. On-site Visit: We'll schedule an appointment for an on-site visit at a time that works for you. Our team will show up promptly, respecting your time and schedule. Assessment: We will assess the work at hand, taking into account all the necessary details, including the type of service required, the complexity of the project, and any specific requests or preferences you might have. Estimation and Planning: Based on the assessment, we'll provide you with a detailed and transparent estimate. If any materials are needed, we can source them for you. While it often saves time to secure necessary materials beforehand, we're completely flexible and can provide them if preferred. Getting Started: Once everything is agreed upon, we get started right away. Our team of professionals will carry out the work with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results. Post-Work Review: After the work is completed, we'll walk you through the job, ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction. Spanish Proficiency: At Vic's Handyman Services, our Spanish proficiency allows us to communicate with a wider spectrum of clients, thereby improving connections & understanding. It also enables us to deal with a diverse range of Spanish-speaking vendors, helping us acquire high quality supplies for our clients. Business Administration: As our team is currently in the process of earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, we're continuously developing key skills in customer service, project management, negotiation & financial planning. These skills greatly enhance our ability to efficiently manage projects, negotiate material costs, and deliver exceptional customer service. The heart of our expertise lies in the years of hands on training we've amassed in the handyman industry. Since the foundation of Vic's Handyman Services in 2015, we've handled numerous tasks that have allowed us to continually learn from and improve our abilities. We also prioritize keeping up to date with industry standards and advances. As such, our team regularly participates in industry specific courses and seminars. This ongoing learning ensures that we have access to the newest techniques and tools to better serve our customers.
