- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, contact me. Free consultations regardless of the category. Perhaps I can answer your questions or provide you with direction or resources in just and informational call. From that initial contact, we might decide to work together. Based on your goals, we will determine a time frame for the services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a great combination of education and experience to help bring out your best. I have a couple degrees in social and behavioral sciences, a Master's degree in Divinity, and am a certified Life Coach. I have over 20 years experience mentoring, counseling and coaching as young adult Pastor at the church that I attend. Athletically, I come from a Track & Field background. Through college, I was a standout in the 200m and 400m events. I have since competed in everything from mud runs to marathons. Currently, I'm focusing on competing as an NPC Physique Competitor and leading a small team of competitors.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of customers. I do preseason training with high school athletes to personal training with senior adults. I do premarital counseling for young adults to helping couples that have been married for 15 years. As for life coaching, I've helped young adults decide on career opportunities to helping people find new purpose and passion in life after a divorce.
