They diagnosed the problem and fixed it without going to the expensive alternative. They insisted on cleaning up until things were just right.

Ray responded to my request to repair/replace 1 of my smoke detectors within 30 minutes after l submitted it. After I confirmed with him that I wanted it replaced, he purchased a new one and arrived at my home within an hour. He then quickly replaced my old smoke detector. His hourly rate was reasonable and competitive.

It was such a pleasure to work with Ray (King of Kings). He responded to my needs promptly. He was professional and courteous. He installed a bathroom fan/ light beautifully and helped me husband with some additional work around the house. Highly recommend!

I hired Ray to install window AC units at my rental property, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The work was done completely, correctly, and with great attention to detail—he even offered excellent advice on how to make the setup function even better.
Coordinating the schedule around my tenants' availability was a bit of a challenge, but Ray was incredibly patient and flexible, and we successfully got everything completed. His pricing is very fair for the high quality of work he provides. I’ve been looking for a reliable, go-to handyman for my rental property, and I’ve definitely found my guy. Highly recommend!
