For the past three years, our handy man Mike has built, re-built, repaired and/or installed a variety of things in our 50- year-old home and in our rental units. Most recently, when one of our old gates was splintering and falling off its hinges, Mike built a brand new wooden gate for us, saving us the time and money we would have had to spend ordering a custom made resin gate and waiting for delivery.
He has also installed a huge flat screen TV on the wall in our den, a new medicine cabinet and a lighted vanity mirror in our master bathroom and a Boscsh double-oven in our kitchen. The new oven was slightly larger than the original one so Mike made the necessary changes in the cabinetry around it to make it fit nicely.
In our rental units, he has installed new cabinets and made various repairs as needed.
When it comes to fixing things, Mike consistently shows creativity, determination and skill. About two years ago our clothes dryer started making loud noises and the clothes were taking forever to dry. The sounds were similar to some we had heard a few years ago. At that time we had to call out an appliance repair man and a few hundred dollars later, the dryer was working again. This time we figured it was either another high repair bill or just buy a new dryer. We first called Mike though to see if he might be able to fix it.
Mike researched the make and model year of our dryer and found the all the specifications and information he needed, including a complete diagram of the inside of our dryer. He then took apart the dryer and found that there were just one or two parts parts causing the problem. He bought the parts, came back and installed them, and put our dryer back together again! The dryer is still working nicely.

If you need a highly qualified handyman with all the available tools ready to utilize, Mike is your guy. He helped the installation of our front door. He is willing to work with your schedule to get the job done. Good work ethics, gets the job completed once committed to it.
I would utilize Mike's service again for other projects.

Mike was so awesome! He was very friendly and professional. He repaired a loose knob on a stairwell door and repaired the door so it stopped slamming shut. We also had a loose toilet seat he helped with repairing. I would definitely use Mike for future repairs and I would definitely recommend him to others!
