A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, Chef Jeana has spent her career working alongside acclaimed chefs throughout Napa Valley and the Pacific Northwest, developing a culinary style rooted in creativity, hospitality, and exceptional ingredients. Known locally as the lead chef of Sacramento’s Tower Bridge Dinner and for appearances on national television cooking competitions, Chef Jeana brings fine dining expertise and professional execution to events of every size.
