- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All parties are not the same, so we have great flexibility with our rates. Why should you pay the same rate for a party that will have fewer than 50 guests as someone having a party with 150 guests! We offer special rates for small parties, fundraisers & school events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon selecting Caliber for your event you will be asked for your email address so that we can correspond directly. A rental agreement will be emailed with directions on completing and making deposit (Deposit is $100 with balance due 7 days prior to event). Deposit and agreement should be completed and returned with 24hrs to fully secure event date, time and quote rate. Clients will also be asked for a copy of event invitation as we try to incorporate invite theme into personalized photo booth photo logo. Holiday weekends are not discounted!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all sizes of businesses and corporate clients as well as the small to large private parties! Many of our clients are repeat clients and referrals from previous clients. All clients receive the same top quality level of service.
