This is not a review for the service, since I haven't quite purchased the service. However, it is for the communication I received. My son and I are both incredibly busy and I was just looking for the resume of a tutor to set-up tutoring with. They asked to set-up and in-home consultation, but as a single parent, I am never home because I have to spend my time working. After two messages they decided not to respond to my request for their teacher's credentials. Something about this doesn't seem right to me.
