I hired Arash for a full remodel and second story addition. He completed the project on schedule and impressed me with his attention to detail and quality of work. Overall, the process was very smooth and I'm pleased with the outcome. I would definitely hire Arash again and recommend him to anyone looking for design or design build services.

Our first collaboration goes back to about 10 years ago and since then I have worked with Arash on many projects. He’s dependable and fun to work with, he’s very knowledgeable when it comes to design, detailing and construction. Arash is passionate about his work and truly cares about the finished product.

We were fortunate to come in contact with Arash to help us with a remodel that required a lot of imagination. Challenged with small rooms, interesting roof lines and limited space to add on, he provided great insight and creativity to bring our project to reality. The end result was way better than expected. He delivered everything in a professional manner, on the timelines he promised and with a great attitude. I would highly recommend him for any project and hope to partner with him again in the future!

Arash at HOSStudios was a pleasure to work with. Arash was very knowledgeable and a consummate professional who brought innovative design to the table. Not only did he listen to us & encompass all of our design wishes he suggested cost effective design alternatives. We loved his creativity - from Concept Design to Construction Documents and appreciate the seamless dealings with the Building & Planning Departments and Public Works!

I have known Arash for many years and we’ve collaborated on several residential projects. He’s reliable, diligent, creative and has a great sense of design and construction, most importantly he’s very easy to work with! I look forward to many more years of collaboration.
