At Mama’s Cleaning Crew, we believe in honest and transparent pricing. Our rates are based on the size of the home, level of service requested, and frequency of cleanings. We offer bundled service discounts for recurring clients (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) and special promotions for first-time customers. There are no hidden fees — everything is clearly outlined before services begin. We also customize packages to fit your unique needs and budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start every new client relationship with a quick conversation to understand your needs, goals, and expectations. Based on the information provided, we offer an over-the-phone estimate range to give you an idea of the pricing. To determine a final, set price, we offer a complimentary in-person walkthrough at your convenience. Once everything is confirmed, we schedule your appointment at a time that works best for you. On the day of service, our team arrives within your scheduled arrival window fully prepared to deliver a detailed, high-quality cleaning. After the service, we follow up to ensure you're completely satisfied and to answer any questions. We believe communication, trust, and care are the keys to building a lasting partnership!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company was founded by a former professional housekeeper with several years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial cleaning. Every team member at Mama’s Cleaning Crew has been personally trained by our founder to ensure they meet our high standards of detailed, quality-focused service. In addition, Mama’s Cleaning Crew is a proud member of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association. Through ISSA, we continue our education, stay updated on best practices, and maintain strong connections within the cleaning and sanitation industries to better serve our clients.
