FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As an Interior Designer : I always liked art and the way things are put together. The intensity of the colors, the variation, the proportion and scale of things. Texture is something that I can only feel but conveys a sense of existence and beauty. The highest point in my carrier is when I see a smile on a customer's face after seeing my work. As a Real Estate Broker: I always liked the "Art of Deal-Making." Selling homes reminds me of "Chess." There is a strategy to be applied in every deal. You put the foundation using your team and advance forward for the win. My highest point is to have a happy client personally referring me to a friend or relative. That means "I did my job and exceeded their expectations."
- What types of customers have you worked with?
From the Designer's point of view: we have a team that will transform the property to reach a high standard of presentation. Painter, cleaners, gardeners, etc. will work together to achieve this goal. Every room will be given a personality and a story will be told to the prospective buyer as soon as he or she is welcome in the property. From the Real Estate point of view: The process will be carried out by an expert professional who will price your home using the latest technology. He will guide you through the whole transaction. Explaining events and terms such as 'Broker's Preview,' 'Open House,' etc. He will also explain the stages of the sale. You will be in good hands and your interest will always be first.
