Introduction: With a lifetime of practice, over 25 years teaching experience and training from great masters as, Phattabi Jois and Yogi Bhajan, Dana Sara is offering yoga classes at her school, White Lotus Yoga at Cho's Academy in Laguna Beach. Located on the PCH, in a beautiful hand built studio, classes of the highest quality are ongoing. The school has a full yoga and Martial Arts programs. Head instructors have a lifetime of training from the masters with over decades of teaching experience. Four Fridays starting February 26, there will be a pre-natal class series leading into a retreat at 4 star resort hotel and spa The Montage starting March 24.
