Andrew was so kind and patient. Our computer was old and there were so many issues to fix. He spent so much time with me and repaired all the problems and got us connected to our new printer. I would give him 6 stars if I could. I could not have found a better person to work with. He was excellent and told me to call him if we have any further problems.

Fast, friendly, effective service. My computer problems were ameliorated within an hour. I work a lot on my computer and don’t have time for it to be out of commission. I am a new business owner on a budget and can’t afford to spend thousands of dollars on a new computer. I loved the convenience of trouble shooting over the phone. It was quick, so I was able to get back to working with my HP laptop computer in no time. He explained things as we trouble shot my computer and knew exactly how to fix the problem. we offer some of the most affordable rates for PC troubleshooting and we also offer price-matching.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use remote control software to safely connect to a client's computer. In the event the computer is unable to connect to the internet, we walk the client through the needed steps to restore internet access for their computer, then we identify and resolve the original cause of the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Computer Science degree and 25+ years IT experience
