I can't say enough good things! After searcing for months to find someone knowledgeable to fix my old Lenovo, I tried Thumbtack. I was fortunate to connect with EZPCHelp, who responded to my request for help literally in no time! Andrew remotely helped me to resolve issues that were longstanding and some that I had just learned to ignore. He also instructed me about how to make my son's laptop work more efficiently, which was an added benefit. I was happy to pay his fair price. He really knows his stuff and it was fun to work with as well. After 25 years with a large accounting firm, I was used to having company tech guys help me, and Andrew is that caliber of repair person! I've got a few other computers and will be contacting him again and have recommended him to some friends. I know they will be as pleased as I am!

Andrew was the BEST person I have ever used, for ANYTHING, hands down. He called me back immediately, I liked him INSTANTLY, he knew exactly what to do (even after a DELL technician told me ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WILL BRING YOUR COMPUTER BACK TO LIFE, NOT EVEN LONG ENOUGH TO GET ALL OF YOUR IMPORTANT INFO, IT'S JUST GONE) and got me back from the blue screen of death. He SAVED EVERYTHING. I was and still am, ecstatic. I am ordering a new computer but at least I have saved 20 years of pictures, files, documents that I had not backed up correctly, or recently. I love this guy and will use him over and over, even if I can pay him just to answer stupid questions for me because he is WORTH it. If someone tells you no, keep trying even if you are a 74 year old computer illiterate woman. USE ANDREW! You wont be sorry. Thanks, Andrew! Thanks, Thumbtack!

After asking for a quote on Thumbtack Andrew got back to me immediately via Thumbtack and with a call. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the desktop clean-up I needed. He spent the time necessary to make sure he had used every option to get my 7 year-old computer running like it was new. I would definitely refer him to anyone and would use his services again if I have any other computer issues!

What a great experience. The tech really has a lot of knowledge and experience. He worked hard to get to the bottom of the problem and got it. I spent over two hours the day before with Microsoft and it was a mess. I highly recommend this tech if you have computer problems.
