I can't say enough good things! After searcing for months to find someone knowledgeable to fix my old Lenovo, I tried Thumbtack. I was fortunate to connect with EZPCHelp, who responded to my request for help literally in no time! Andrew remotely helped me to resolve issues that were longstanding and some that I had just learned to ignore. He also instructed me about how to make my son's laptop work more efficiently, which was an added benefit. I was happy to pay his fair price. He really knows his stuff and it was fun to work with as well. After 25 years with a large accounting firm, I was used to having company tech guys help me, and Andrew is that caliber of repair person! I've got a few other computers and will be contacting him again and have recommended him to some friends. I know they will be as pleased as I am!

Andrew helped fix my internet connection " Can't Connect to DHCP" problem in 10 minutes and we took the rest of the time to cleanup up registry issues, scans and repairs missing or corrupted system files, etc. Internet connection, laptop speed looked to be faster. i would recommend Andrew.
