- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take into consideration multiple factors when pricing and keep services at a reasonable and customary price. We do offer discounts for returning clients and in multiple occasions offer courtesy touch-ups on previous paint jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will always set up an appointment for a walkthrough. An estimate is drafted allowing up to 30 days for the potential client to respond, if the estimate is approved, we will then draft the final contract with job details. The client is given the phone number of management and the superintendent and will have daily updates about the job. We will schedule a walk through every 2-3 days to ensure that we are keeping the client informed of the work being done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Passed the Contractors State License Board All Employees have monthly safety training meetings. We communicate to our employees the importance disposal laws.
