- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There’s no build fee. The first month is free, then about $150 a month for hosting, agreed small changes and basic Google setup work. We confirm the monthly price and included work before launch. RAI owns the website and any new domain registered under the plan. Your existing domain stays yours. You can cancel any month; when service ends, the website goes offline, and RAI retains its website and any domain it registered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You tell me your business name and what you do. 2. I build a free sample of your site, usually within a day. 3. If you like the sample, we agree on the price and scope, finish the site with your approved content, and launch it. 4. I configure basic search settings and handle updates included in your plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on experience building and running websites, Google Business Profiles and local search setups for local service businesses.
