Lugos was my third plumber I contacted and he save me a lot of money. The other two were trying to convince me to replace my tankless heater even though it was not old or broken. Lugos said all it needed was flushing because it had not been done at all and the filter was dirty. Neither of the other two bothered telling me that. Shouldn't that be the first thing they check? That seemed to fix the problem. The water heated up much faster. Lugos was really honest which I really appreciated.
