Great experience! My water heater had reached the end of its life, and instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, he honestly explained that replacement was the better option. He got a high-quality Bradford heater and installed it efficiently. Very clean workmanship and attention to detail. Super happy with the service!

After calling many companies with no response I came across Lugo’s plumbing. Their response time was quick, I’m talking about within minutes! I received a call from Lugo and after explaining my issue they said they would be out the next day, and they were! They did the work fairly quick! Their response time was amazing and so far I haven’t experienced any issues. Thank you so much! We hired Lugos plumbing to replace four faucets. We got a great price, the service was on time and great.
