- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by listening attentively to the client’s concerns. Next, we conduct an inspection to diagnose the problem. We explain the situation, offer options, and provide a fixed-price quote before commencing any work. Once approved, we complete the job efficiently. Upon completion, we verify with the client that everything is functioning correctly and address any doubts or questions to ensure their complete peace of mind and satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is highly trained and possesses years of practical experience in residential and commercial plumbing systems. We stay up to date with California plumbing codes, as well as manufacturer training on water heaters—including tankless systems—and water softeners; our professional development is continuous. This enables us to deliver efficient, high-quality work in strict compliance with current regulations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got our start in plumbing through hands-on practice and years of experience, followed by formal training. What began as an assistant position evolved into a true passion for the trade. Today, I love plumbing—I love my job, and I am passionate about solving problems and helping homeowners. I truly enjoy what I do, and I love seeing the satisfaction on my clients’ faces when I finish a job. Plumbing is my passion, and we take pride in doing our work the right way—efficiently and precisely.
