Great experience! My water heater had reached the end of its life, and instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, he honestly explained that replacement was the better option. He got a high-quality Bradford heater and installed it efficiently. Very clean workmanship and attention to detail. Super happy with the service!

After calling many companies with no response I came across Lugo’s plumbing. Their response time was quick, I’m talking about within minutes! I received a call from Lugo and after explaining my issue they said they would be out the next day, and they were! They did the work fairly quick! Their response time was amazing and so far I haven’t experienced any issues. I would definitely hire them again and save myself the headache of going through the “bigger companies,” that constantly failed to show up even after scheduling an appointment. Thank you so much! We hired Lugos plumbing to replace four faucets. We got a great price, the service was on time and great. A few weeks later I found a leak in the kitchen and I contacted him and he was able to come and repair it the same day. 100% recommended and will continue to work with him when needed.
