- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In November 2014 I was inspired to start Levene's Pro Steam after years of working for several well known carpet & tile cleaning companies in my area! I enjoy the privilege of serving my customers in their home or office, helping to extend the life of their floors and furnishings.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As a customer you have a need to have either your carpet, upholstery, tile & grout cleaned. Why not hire someone that has the experience and knowledge required to help you clean your products according to the manufactures specifications. This will ultimately help you to extend the life of your floors and furnishings.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As a customer you may have many questions about the care of you floors / furnishings or what spots can be treated, etc. all of which can be gone over with the professional. What's most important to understand is that in order to properly maintain your carpet, upholstery, tile & grout it is recommended by the manufacture that a professional cleaning be performed at least once every 6-12 months.
