- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We provided an elegant, six-course, plated dinner for someone who was celebrating her 60th birthday. There were eight guests, all big "foodies," so they gave us a lot of free reign with sourcing the food and offering ideas for the menu. What a fun group! We had a blast! The menu consisted of: brie en croute; pear, walnut, and gorgonzola salad; shrimp scampi; and beer-braised short ribs over roasted garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed asparagus. The two desserts consisted of spicy, red-wine poached pears with mascarpone-nutmug cream and individual chocolate lava cakes with a choice of creme anglaise or raspberry coulis. It was a resounding success!

We really appreciate it when you are honest about your budget, and detailed regarding the kind of food and experience you are looking for.
