I have been using and having my computers repaired for 25 years now and Nathan Igo is the most competent and conscientious technician I have had work on my computer in that time. Nathan is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He undertook the replacement of a malfunctioning liquid cooler and straightened out the hard drive problem caused by an effort by Windows to repair the C drive, making the computer unable to boot to Windows. He spent a lot of time cleaning up that mess, and I did not lose a single file! Thank you, Nathan! I will be certain to call you again if I have another problem.

Do not just hire the cheapest option. With sites like this you do have to be careful that you are hiring someone that will stand by their work. Hiring an established company that has a reputation to keep will save you hassles down the road should the same problem arise if you decide to hire a "kid from around the block".
