- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do NOT have a standard pricing. Everything I do is 100% customized for the client! I work within your budget and your taste. I'll be more than happy to look over other florists quotes to see if I can beat their price! If I can't I'll tell you that you've found a great deal and to go for it! I'm very honest!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll work with a client however they feel comfortable. If email is all that is available, awesome! If you'd like to meet in person, Great! I typically ask a client what the budget for their event is (so I can respect that and stay within it) and I also ask for pictures of things you like (that way I get to know your style). After all this is YOUR event, I'm just here to make it perfect for you! If a client has no idea what they like- don't worry we will figure it out together! Its a painless process!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working at a local florist in high school as a sales associate and learned that I have the talent for floral design. As my friends started getting married I started to do the flowers for their weddings and discovered I love to do this so why not make a business out of it!
