If you are skeptical about selecting a graphic designer from the internet, don't be! Elias and his team ARE WONDERFUL! Before I met Elias, I interacted with two other designers. Things didn't pan out for various reasons. At times, communication was skewed. I believe that when there's push-back or resistance, you should always let go and be guided from within. This is what I did. I posted a Thumbtack ad and Elias was one of the first to reach out. I loved his professional approach and definitely his professional profile with all the creatively designed work. I reached out to Elias, and from that day onward he was responsive, answering all questions immediately! There was not a day that went past, which I reached out and he didn't reach back that same day. We spoke on the phone once, so he could get a clear understanding of my start-up business and things I needed done (App icon, Logo, and Ebook cover). Afterwards, we communicated by email and any explanations or revisions I requested, he understood and delivered great work each time. If you are considering doing business with Elias and want to get more insight on his style, read his reviews! That's what really captured my attention! And, if you do business with him, leave him a review - pay it forward, because truthfully this (aside from his creatively designed profile) was the deciding factor, which influenced me to work with him. I truly don't write to many reviews but after my experience I feel completely compelled to make a statement regarding my experience with Best Draft. I spoke with Choon as my very first contact for possible hire - I was very impressed but felt I needed to look around as he was the very first person to contact me from Thumbtack. After 3 weeks of research and additional interviews I went back to Choon as he seemed the most knowledgeable, caring and experienced option. His follow up was incredible. I'm so glad I chose him. One of the best experiences I have had with a graphic designer. Kanga creative! I hired these guys at Kanga creative to do web design for a realtor-centric website. They did a great job and after analyzing the numbers, I am receiving about 25% more customers per month. The guys at Kanga and ultra-professional and transparent to do business with. Highly Recommended! I am interior designer, I hired Benita for taking some high quality photos of my project that i finished in a luxury house in Laguna Beach. When they sent me quote at the beginning I saw they had only one review!
