About this pro

I am a "jack of all trades" and master of many of them.

With over 25 years of service, there is nothing in your home I cannot repair, fix or rebuild. I was trained "old school" with attention to detail, quality work, good service and fair pricing.

I do carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile and marble installation, refit windows and doors, wood floor installation, baseboard, sprinkler systems, and painting.

Call me for quick service and quality work.

Thank you and God Bless you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer. LIsten carefully to them, give them some of my background, Write down all work they want done. I usually then leave and go home and write up a detailed job estimate. Then return to the customers house, go over the estimate and have them sign it if they agree to the terms of the Estimate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started over 30 years ago. Wanting to own a home, I bought a buy and move house they were selling to widen a highway. I moved the house on to a property and built the foundation with the help of a European trained carpenter who taught me a lot about construction. I loved doing the work and have done it ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Home owners, lawyers, Realtors, Mall store owners, Insurance company jobs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would tell them to take the time to really find out the contractors history and call some of his previous clients. I would also inform them that legally, they only have to put up 15% of the job costs. Many people get ripped off by paying 1/2 or more before the work even gets started. I would suggest they have payments in 3-4 different stages of the job to make sure the job is done before they pay. Money is the biggest problem of most projects I get called into to complete a less reputable or less skilled contractors job.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Realistic budget on their part. Thorough background check of potential contractors A signed contract once a contractor is picked and even run the contract past their lawyer to make sure they are protected.
