What can I say about Purpose Funding? Art Costello and Mary Probasco moved heaven and earth to help us refinance. And we were able to get some money out to make some long overdue home improvements. We were shocked to say the least. Mary was a delight to work with, and she was relentless in making sure all the documents were in order in order to get the loan. I recommend Purpose Funding without hesitation - especially if you have a challenging loan situation.

John was outstanding in pulling off what I know was a miracle. He got my refinance done in record time considering the aggravation perpetuated by a certain underwriter. He was still able to lower my mortgage payment by $500, pay off ALL my credit cars and personal loans PLUS a Kaiju sized HERO loan that towered over EVERYTHING including Kong.IMHO you NEED to call Purpose Funding NOW. All I can say is Wow. Little backstory.....One year ago I refinanced my house. I had a Wells Fargo first and a Wells Fargo HELOC that I wanted to refinance into one 1st mortgage. I have been with Wells Fargo for 25+ years. It took them over 5 months to finalize the loan, I had no credit issues and two incomes. Year later, rates have to dropped to around 2.5. I make the painful decision to Refi to drop 1 1/2 points of my loan. Friend Recommended Purpose Funding I was so unhappy with Wells Fargo I thought I would try them. I spoke with Justin and Rachael on Thursday submitted all my Docs (they waived the appraisal) and 9 days later I signed my closing Docs with the Notary......three days after that the loan funded :o Crazy fast and super nice and professional. They always answered their phones, responded to my texts and emails and kept me informed every step of the way ! God is Good and so is purpose funding........Thankyou Justin Soth and Rachael Bearden !!!
