Austin, from purpose funding, has been my refinance guy over the last couple of years. He and his team are top notch. He got me the the best refi loan on the market. I had just come out of a bankruptcy and he was still able to lower my interest rate considerably. It was quick and painless. His team did all the heavy lifting to get me the best deal out there and he always presented several options and would always suggest the option he would give a family member. He and his team are amazing, caring professionals. I highly recommend Austin for all your home refinance needs. Truly and genuinely happy to recommend Purpose Funding. I am actually surprised there are not more reviews on Google, but let me be an addition to add a rave review. I heard of Purpose Funding for years on 107.9 Kwve and decided to reach out with no expectations of really getting anywhere, but I was definitely pleased to learn I had options. I worked with Art Costello and was super impressed by his professionalism and ability to handle my refinance in kind with courtesy and thoroughness. Art made suggestions I didn't even know were options and helped me refinance and re-position my financial status. Definitely a happy customer here and would recommend this place and Art Costello highly.

I reached out to Purpose Funding after a disappointing experience with a well-known lending institution to refinance our home. After speaking with Justin Soth, he assured me that he would be able to get me the same (if not lower) interest rate, do it in a timely manner, and get better terms and conditions than the other lending company.I was quite pleased to see that Justin was able to accomplish everything he said he would. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He and his team made the whole process very pleasant. Just closed on a refinance with Purpose Funding. I heard about this company on an advertisement on Christian Radio Station. Its so hard to trust companies these days, and I had to trust before I do business with anyone!While I was considering reaching out to purpose funding, amazingly, Mike Wilson reached out to me via email! I explained my situation, my hesitation and me goal concerning my home and Mike offered me a plan to meet my goals. He explained each and every step of the process and everything went just as he said it would. Actually it was fun! Mike Wilson was awesome!
