Great experience from start to finish. Arrived on time and did a through inspection all ceiling. I know I need add and changed the old ceiling light fixtures but I I instead of costly repairs l was quoted by a different companies, Mike Karamy (the Certified General Contractor) suggest less complex, less expensive solution.
I think my major concern as a consumer was addressed, and that is one of trust. I feel Mike have long history in business and that he did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I will be calling this person for other repairs l know I need on my house.
